Tash Sultana | "Notion"

Upon first listen, I was struck.

The somber guitar intro, the layering of said instrument, her precision, the percussion placement, the ghostly strength of her voice and that raspy wail toward the end. This song gives me all the feels.

I’m slowly making my way through her EP, each song beckoning multiple plays over. And with that I can say for certain: I’m on board for the long haul.
