WELL, HEY!

My name is Chris. I love music. It motivates me, calms me, excites me and helps me process. I always have my ears tuned in, waiting for the next song that's going to stop me still whether that be at the local grocery store, while watching a film, listening to the radio (shoutout to WFUV and The Penguin), throwing on a Spotify-curated playlist or casually perusing Home Depot. I do that sometimes.

I'm intrigued by music's role in both our lives and art. The right song paired with the right scene - it's pure bliss. That, or an epic collision of conflicting expectations. Either way, we felt something monumental, and that's the point.

Anywho, after years of continuously searching for new music and sharing my latest favorites with friends, I decided to put these findings down in writing, to challenge myself in verbalizing sounds (it's no easy task) and sharing it with a larger audience: the world wide web. So here are my musings, my discoveries and my music reviews.
